Data Processing Unit (DPU)

The Data Process Unit (DPU) provides central processing and storage of data acquired by the sensor units. It receives the measurement data, stores it directly in the device and calculates the relevant measurement curves.
Unlike PC-based solutions, the DPU enables autonomous operation of the monitoring system without a permanently connected PC. This makes it particularly suitable for applications requiring reliable and continuous condition monitoring directly at the machine.
The DPU communicates with the machine control system via digital inputs and outputs and can be connected to an external PC or higher-level system via Ethernet.
